Data we process

• Account details you enter: name, email, optional vessel name, company, phone, WeChat ID.
• Diagnostic questions, alarm codes, engine model, and related technical files you upload.
• Support chat and expert-booking details you submit.

How we use it

To sign you in, answer technical questions, run WhatsApp/WeChat Thinking auto-reply, and improve EngineMaster’s own diagnostic knowledge. AI answers may be generated with Google Gemini on our servers. We do not sell personal data.

The Android / iOS app

The native app loads the live EngineMaster site. Copying the WeChat ID uses the device clipboard on your request. Opening WeChat or WhatsApp leaves EngineMaster and uses those apps’ own privacy terms.

Retention and requests

Account and technical records are kept while the service is used. Email enginemaster.ai@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete your data.
